About
I’m a coach, facilitator and writer, interested in how we make sense of work, leadership and change - and what happens when we look at the story from a different angle.
I’ve spent my career working with people at points of growth, uncertainty and transition.
My job isn’t to hand you another formula.
It’s to create the conditions for better thinking.

I bring together coaching, facilitation, reflective writing and what I call slant thinking: looking at a situation from another angle until something new becomes visible.
My work is thoughtful, but practical.
You won’t get jargon, rigid frameworks or somebody telling you who you should become.
You’ll get good questions, honest reflection and space to hear your own thinking.

Trained in Time to Think, Strengths in the Workplace, DISC and Appreciative Inquiry.

Organisations and professional contexts.
